“Gypsy” by Fleetwood Mac is where the name for the salon came from. I have always loved Fleetwood and also this particular song. Velvet Underground was a boutique where Stevie went to as a young woman before she became famous. Stevie had heard other female artists such as Janis Joplin, shopped there and knew she had to go there. The lyric just gives me the good feels…. 🫶
