To prioritise the safety of our clients, we keep a record of any health or medical conditions that may suggest a specific service may not be suitable, or a particular product should not be utilised.

These records are used solely for the purpose of ensuring the safety of our clients. All client records are stored securely within our salon software system and may only be accessed by authorised members.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment time.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the full service fee.

If you are more than 30 mins late for your service we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
